Presently working with single largest supplier of compounded polypropylene for products such as Bumpers, Dash boards, Instrument panel etc. for automotive industries such as MARUTI, FORD, HONDA, TOYOTA, HYAUNDAI, M & M etc. Company turnover is 250 cr/annum.



JOB RESPONSIBILITY: 

Incoming Inspection of  Raw materials as per Inspection Standards.

Testing operations of Inprocess production of extrudate & its Testing specimen?s  test such as MFI, Tensile, Flexural, Impact, Hardness, Ash content, Colour  etc                                   Documentation work for  TS16949, 14001 i.e. maintaining of  APQP, PPAP, Test Reports,  as per Quality  Procedure.

Equipment using such as MFI tester, UTM, Moisture content Tester, Hardness Tester, HDT  Tester, Oven such as Vacuum, Air Aging,  & Colour Spectrophotometer. 



GET- PPC/PART Production (Industrial Training) in PPC / PART Production Dept.

Since August 2007 to January 2008

Worked with Minda Industries Ltd. in Gurgaon (2/3/4 Wheelers Switches Division)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:           

PPC:

Production planning and control according to customer indents.

Release of procurement plan to purchase & all ancillaries. 

Daily meeting with purchase & stores for daily requirement of raw material & components as per the production plan.

Bonded Store Visualization based on Kanban and maintaining FIFO system



PART PRODUCTION:

Budget capacity planning, Monthly capacity planning and Shop floor management

Production improvement planning and Cost saving Planning.

Process Parameter finalize for Automatic Injection Moulding machines like SIGMA, SM SERIES, L&T, ROBO PLAST, MULTIPLAS ETC. 

Familiar to all Plastic Materials and their grades like Polyamide, Polyacetal, ABS, PP, HDPE Polycarbonate Etc.

Implementation of QRC & SMED in Moulds.

Analyze Internal Complaints in process.

Implementation of PPMC (Production process monitering chart)

Future Goals: 
Learn in this fileld and grow myself as a repective person in plastics field.
