The Acid Value Of The Waste Palm Oil Was Measured Using Titration Process And Record Was Acid Value (Av) 1.015 Mg Koh/g Oil, Which Is Equal To Free Fatty Acid (Ffa) Was 0.510 %. The Viscosity Of The Po Was Recorded As 3.72 Cst At 40 ?C. The Viscosity Of The Po Was Decreased Within The Limits Of Astm Standards Using The Transesterifiction Process. The Transesterifiction Is The Process Of Breaker The Long Change Tri-glyceride (Tg) In To The Small Change Triglycerides In The Present Of Alkaline Catalyst Potassium Hydroxide (Koh). In This Work, The Biodiesel Was Produced With Molar Ratio (Methanol/oil) Varied From 3:1 To 9:1; Catalyst Amount Varied From 1.0 To 2.0 %Wt. Reaction Temperature Varied From 55 To 65 ?C At Constant Reaction Time Of 60 Minutes. The Biodiesel Yield Was Increased With The Molar Ratio From 3 To 9 And Catalyst Amount From 1.0 To 1.5. The Biodiesel Yield Was 85% For The Molar Ratio Of 9:1, Catalyst Amount From 1.5 %Wt. At A Temperature Of 60?c. The Property Of Biodiesel Was Measured According To The American Society Of Testing And Materials (Astm) Standards. The Biodiesel Yield Was Increased With The Molar Ratio As The More Alcohol Contents In The Reaction Resulted To Increase The Reaction Rate. This Property Of The Palm Oil Biodiesel Was Similar To The Diesel Fuel And With The Limits Of Astm D5147.
