Job Profile:

Fully involve in new projects of Injection molding m/c (Specially thermoplastics) & Extrusion line (PEK, PEKK, PEEk, PEI, ABPBI).?

Trial of new polymer application, mould, Dies, components & New Product validation as per specification etc.

Managing Mould Shop Production activity & Extrusion line.?

Preparation & submission of Production monthly reports to management.

Updating of new product development status and to do list to Management.

To conduct trails of new mould & raw materials.

Responsible for maintaining 5S in Production Area.

To set & achieve target production with Optimum utilization of 4M (Man, M/c, Material & Method).

Manpower handling & quality control, weekly production planning.

Process control during production.

Daily Inspection Reports, Parameter Reports, Rejection Reports

Responsible for monitoring/practicing Safety, Health & Environmental Related Norms (OHSAS).

Skill enhancement in dept. through training.

Successfully trial conducted for new raw materials.

Check the Properties of materials such as PEK, PEKK,PEI etc.

Arburg 320 60 tonnage 2) Dr. Boy 22A 25 tonnage all PLC based m/c.
