To give instruction for new trails Die or color changes planning on Daily basis

Delivery schedule planning and informing to store department for dispatch plan

To reconcile raw material on daily and monthly basis and inform to management about major fluctuations for the same?

To co-ordinate with store department ?about delivery to customers and see that the goods are ready on time

To monitor and ensure the production and quality is maintained as per management approved specification

Shift schedule planning and executing the same

Man power planning as per process requirement

Quality plan, online inspection and Quality control of products

All materials arranging as per department operational requirement with management approval

Monitoring of target production Scrap percentage and machine down time and implement the improvement activities
