Interaction with customer for project related activities.

Concept design from customer input data. ?

Final 3D modelling and detailing as per the customer requirement.

Model and drawing quality check up.

Tool and product design planning

Material selection as per the performance of the part.?

Managing product database as per CTMIL std and customers requirements.

Mechanism.

Complete wall thickness verification on the plastics front cover critical sections accordance with input Drawing.

Complete runner layout and mould flow analysis in plastics adviser.

Complete Mould cooling layout.
