Monitoring of Incoming, in-process and finished products quality and ensuring on time product delivery.

Heading quality troubles in ongoing production throughout the shifts.

Handling customer quality issues and providing onsite customer technical supports by visiting customer sites.

Mapping customer quality issues proactively by analysing in-house retain samples, customer rejected samples 

and preparation of CAR. 

Actively involved in product development and leading day to day new products development and colour matching 

as per customer specific requirements in various polymeric materials for different processes such as injection 

moulding,Mono/Multilayer film extrusion, extrusion sheeting, blow moulding and so on.
