Job Profile:

Preparation & implementation of maintenance schedules & execution of Preventive, predictive, corrective & breakdown maintenance.

Work on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Module which includes Inventory Control, Purchasing, Stock, Indent, Issue, Reports.?

Maintenance of mechanical equipments like Gear Boxes. Pumps, Mechanical seal leakage rectification work.

Maintenance of mechanical equipments which include ?

Gearboxes (spur, helical, bevel, worm, rack & pinion etc.)

Centrifugal pumps?

Positive displacement pump: (Metering pumps, screw pumps, vane pumps & plunger pumps etc.)??

Hydraulic & pneumatic equipments for baling presses and Airdraulic Cylinders,?

Agitater

Heat Exchanger

Reaction vessel

Steam Dryers

To look after day to day maintenance of the plant.

Maintain stock of urgent items like bearings, oil seals, and mechanical seal parts.

Ensure continuity of operations in subsequent shifts through proper communication and deployment of resources.
