Responsible for carrying out the advance product quality plan, Technical Feasibility review, costing with the team members.

Developing high EER and COP based compressors which has good cooling capacity in terms of BTU for both R600a and R134a refrigerant.

Analyze non- conforming products. Making changes in the existing model, develop new models and get the new parts developed and follow up. Use product development tools like QFD and DFMEA.

Preparing design deliverables like Bills of material, Specification sheets & Drawings. Coordinating with all departments in manufacturing from concept approval to mass production.

Identifying the team member who suits for the specific task & share the required documents to go ahead.

Organizing the group, securing meeting space for project review, remind the team of its schedule; providing regular updates to the team on how well or poorly they are using their time.
