Job responsibility -

Responsible for ISO9001/2000 documentation, Document control, System improvements & continual improvements .Working as a M.R. 

Responsible for handling the customer complaints. Implementation corrective & preventive actions by 333 methodology and correspondence with customers, PPAP submission, DOL activity.

Fool proofing in gauges, fixtures & minimizing the inspection stages by giving the concept of multi check receiver gauges.

As a MACE cluster representative, Responsible for all cluster activity includes QUALITY CIRCLE, CFT for defect reduction, RED?BIN ANALYSIS, CSR, PRESENTATION on monthly improvement, MPS, and Monitoring Cost of poor quality.

To control the inspection methods as per inspection standards, Handling of manpower & providing training to inspectors & member Q. A.

Responsible for handling the Incoming inspection area, Supplier quality issues.
