Maintenance

Repairing & Maint. Of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting, Card repairing.

? In house Retrofitting work of PLC

? To work out for the Machine seq. & software modifications required for retrofitting of Indigenous PLC

? Maintenance of Utilities like Cooling Tower, D.G Sets, Air Compressors & Overhead Cranes. (D.G. Sets up to capacity 750 KVA, 630 KVA, 180 KVA, Over head crane up to 5 ton capacity 09 nos.).

? Maintenance of various types of Process Instruments, & Calibration of Instruments.

? Installation & Commissioning of Electrical Systems.

? Maintenance of the Control Panels, A.C.B.S, & Maintenance of APFC ( Automatic Power Factor Control Panel ) 

? Maintenance of lathes, milling machines, Radial drill machines, Surface grinders.

? Maintenance of Grinders, Pulvalisers, Socketing Machines, Threading Machines etc.

? To plan, Supervise & Implement the preventive maintenance schedule, Maintenance Plans for electrical systems.

? Implement preventive/corrective actions for defects, Improvement projects.

? To assist in implementation in major Projects.

? Design & develop & modify the circuit & the machine, if necessary.

? To run the D. G. S for the Captive Power generation.

? To implement the ENERGY Saving Techniques.

? Maintenance & Repair of Electronics & Electrical equipments / instruments such as Power supply, Weighing Balance, Temperature Controller, Timers, D.C.& A.C. drives Soft starters etc

? Maintenance of the mains transformers (1000Kva, 2 nos.), Switchgears etc.

? Also involved in the operations such as to indent the material, quotation procedures, inventory control & to communicate between the vendors.
