I have handling the 70W and 40w twin screw extruder of Maris make. And kneader mixer M/c?

To maintain the record of the running grade i.e M/c Temperature , Screw rpm,?Cutter rpm, Vacuum Pressure, M/c Amp.

Maintain the record of production department.  

To make the process order in SAP system. (MD 04)

To issue the raw material for next shift production  by SAP system (LP 12)   

To make the batch reconciliation of finished product by SAP system (mb 31)

Finished product declaration by SAP. (CORK) 

Materiel document list (mb 51)

TO issue the PR for as per production requirement by SAP?

To issue the bag label for material pacing by SAP system. 

To work as per cleaning procedure as per the required grades.  

To supervision of the blending department and develop the new grade mixing procedure.

To change the screw profile as per the requirement of grades.

To add or remove  the  raw material from mixing  if the property not meet in own shift for maintain the quality requirement . 

To maintain the m/c break down, scrap, swiping, run time, finished good record.  

To handling the machines and solve the process related problem and run the product as per quality requirement.

To solve the problem of mixing / blending process.

I know MSDS related knowledge.

Involve in ISO, EHS AND Environment 14001 activities and handling the third party inspections.

I have a member of company global project to ?Develop the China plant?. 

I have 23 days visited new plant at China for plant Set-up During 2010.
