Company Profile: Manufacturing of PET Chips and wide range of BOPET, Met PET,  different types of online and offline coated Polyester films.?

Job Profile: 

Coordination with marketing and production department for quality requirements of customers.

Responsible for maintaining the product quality as per specification, critical control parameters and customer specific requirements.

Quality Assurance of the product as per specification and customer specific requirements.

Monitoring daily routine activities of laboratory (Physical & Chemical).

Customer sample and complaint analysis and report preparation.

Preparing COA reports.

Online inspection and gradation of film, slit roll according to specification and customer requirement.

Identifying the defects in Bare and Met  film and recommending process department for corrections/modifications accordingly in process.

Online testing of film properties like grammage, treatment, haze, gloss, COF, tensile strength, elongation and shrinkage.

Maintaining testing results in SAP for records.

Inspection and testing of incoming  materials like  polyethylene stretch film and bubble film,  paper core, core plugs, core flange, edge protector,  pallets,  plywood etc.

Calibration and handling of all testing instruments in laboratory.

Preparing QA and ISO documents.

Preparing TC to customers.

Maintaining daily production reports and presentation (Rejection, Production, Wastage, Customer complaints etc.)

Quality observation of Top Coated on Alox metallised film and its parameters for its smooth running.

Supervision and observation of special products like Twist grade, Alox, silicone, Anchor, Antistatic, PU coated products. 

Good hands on Production planning and manpower handling



Instruments Handling:

Tensile strength tester, Haze Guard, Gloss meter, Color value (Hunter Lab), COF tester, BDV Tester, IV bath, Heat seal strength, Surface Resistivity, 3D Roughness tester, Barrier testers (Mocon &S ystech), Tearing tester, Dart Impact tester, Spectrophotometer UV, Moisture analysers (Aquatrac &VPD), MFI (Karg), Mahr millitron, Precision Profiler, Optical Densitometer (Tobias Associates), Static Charge meter, Adhesion/Release tester (Chem instruments), Binocular Microscopes (Leica) etc.
