Job Tasks Performance:

Planning for Extrusion machines.

Prepare mixing of Polyfilm (i.e. shrink film, stretch film, PP lidding film, poly bag, silage film, etc).

Give plan to operator for troubleshooting.

Collecting samples of poly film.

Perform testing of Polyfilm (i.e. shrink test, elongation test, treatment test, COF test, tear test, dart?impact test, shrink force test, shrink tension test, layers separation test, tensile test, grammagetest, etc)

Prepare report of test conclusion.

Prepare maintenance requisition form for repairing.

Prepare COA of dispatch material.

Make a tour to multinational companies i.e. nestle, coca cola, etc.?
