Job Profile: 

Responsible for the Production as per Production schedule.

Find immediate solution of printing problem while mass production. 

Liaising among different departments, e.g. Quality, maintenance, store.

Preparing necessary production like Daily Production Report with Rejection &rework.

To maintain the quality as per parameter & maintaining 5S.

Meeting production target.

Preparing and maintaining check sheet.

Fill up daily, weekly &monthly production report in ISO standard format.

Managing Man-power according to production schedule.

Filling & Verifying Daily Report Like M/c Check-sheet, and process Inspection Report.

Prepared SOP for various Process

Shift Handling:

Independent handling of production shift so as to ensure optimum utilization of man machine & material for achieving periodic production target

Planning :

Collecting shift status from previous shift on machine condition, material status, confirming any changes in the tool plan . Liaising with stores for ensuring raw material availability during the course of shift 



Quality:

Achieving critical standard of quality of material produced at the machine, rejection control, and waste, control. Collecting quality feedback from QA department about previous shift, s production and take step to prevent reoccurrence in one, s own shift before the start of the shift
