Supplier Up gradation through TPM way which consist of Education to the Employees, 1S/2S, Improvement in Material handling, Study of defect phenomenons (Occurred/Probable) & adopting Appropriate inspection methods, Cause side kaizens/Pokayokes, In-house rejection, A,B,C defect analysis & counter measures , PM way analysis, Delivery performance/ Line stoppages, Study the process & take countermeasures, Process/System audits.

Total responsible for new development & approval activities for all type of Components i.e. Casting, Tubelar, Forged, Machined, Press, Sintered, Plastic, Rubber, springs, Fasteners & Turned. 

Correspondence with Suppliers for any type of non-conformity & ensure the effectiveness of corrective taken by Supplier 

Plan & strategize quality functions covering manufacturing function, Supplier quality, Customer-related services and certifications. 

Supplier assessment & evaluation to upgrade the Supplier for Self Certification 

To comply, analyze & take proper counter measures for non-conformity due to Brought out Parts. 

To set quality parameters for In-coming, In-process, Final & Out going conformance 

Preparation & disposal of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) 

To hold daily QA meetings with staff to review day to day quality status. 

Establishment, Effective implementation & Maintain of ISO/TS-16949-2002 Quality management Systems throughout the organization. 

To study & analyze the Company Level Data (Performance Indicators) for continual improvement of organization. 

Organizing Management Review Meeting. In order to inform the top management about the continuous suitability & required improvements in QMS to meet the quality objectives & Company goals. 

Conducting Internal Quality System audits as well as Audits at Supplier end as per Plan.. 

Attending customer complaints, reporting of non-conformities & plan Corrective/Preventive actions. 

Analyze the reports on warranty returned products, components & plan Corrective/Preventive actions. 

To take follow-up & maintain the calibration activities of Monitoring & Measuring devices used for Production, various Inspection/Test & approval of the calibration results. 

Designing, Planning & Procurement of Special gauges/Instruments for various stages of Inspection as per requirements from related dept. 

Review & Updating of control plans & FMEA. 

To take follow-up of Measurement System Analysis of Instruments as per Plan. 

Follow-up of Layout Inspection & Functional testing, Product & Process audit as per Plan
