Job responsibilities are as follows. 

To see daily production and related to it planning for production and control it. 

Responsible for maintenance of injection moulding machine, and utility equipment. 

Also responsible for all product quality control. 

Planning for spare / replacement part for machine / equipment / facilities getting authorization. 

Effective utilization and planning of machines, supervisors, Engineers resulting in maximizing productivity. 

Conducting mould setting and process setting on micro-processor control injection moulding machine. 

Done online inspection related to process control for checking of moulded product quality and after 24 hours testing done on it quality control division.
