Quality control, testing of Raw materials, pigments, master batch and new master batch developments as per customer requirements. 

Hands on experience for production of compounds and testing equipment?s. 

Operation of twine screw extruder, injection molding machine, two roll mill, photo spectrometer and most of the testing equipment. 

Working of color matching and color tune. 

Maintaining monthly quality audits.
