Performing the entire test of PET film as per Quality Plan.

Performing the entire test of Metallized PET film (OD, Bond Strength etc.) as per Quality Plan.

Compile the test result with process parameter.

Prepare Test Certificate for various Products.

Inspection of Packed & Packing material.

Analysis of Raw Material.

Testing of Acid & alkali samples provided by Production.

Testing of Water (T.S., TDS & TSS) provided by Boiler person.

TS testing of Chemical for coating run.  

Maintaining Inventory of Chemical.

Calibration of Lab Equipment.

Gradation of PET Slit Roll.

Gradation of Metallized PET Slit Roll.

Maintaining IMS Documents.

Ensure data entry to timely consumption of material as per need.
