Job Profile:

Responsible for erection and commissioning of machineries from electrical and mechanical side and also for Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance of machineries at customers? site.

Involvement in spare sales by convincing the customer to maintain emergency stock and also present requirement of spare.

Troubleshooting and reducing breakdown time.

Control panel & instruments testing and operational checking as per drawing.

Preventive maintenance of Gear box, Extruder, Die, Godet rolls, Nip rolls, Rubber rolls, Motor, Drives and Control panels as per maintenance schedule.?

Material/Manpower management.

Erection and commissioning of Tape stretching line (Both electrical and mechanical).
