Establish the facility maintenance planning to meet the production budget requirements.

Design the Engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

Develop and implement production tracking, analyzing production and maintenance reports to detect and correct problems.

Established and Assembled the COOLING BED process in rolling mill line.

Support critical spare parts inventory and initiate purchases orders for all kinds of parts and equipment as required.

Initiating full maintenance of gearboxes and gear pinions that transmit power to the rolling mill.

Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure safe operation and product quality/reliability of the equipment.
