Job Profile:

Process Setting, Machine allotment according production plan, Expedite Mold allotment for maintenance & Manpower handling.

Solving the troubleshooting for 4M techniques.

Maintain the all documents for the production.

Scientific Process Study for Critical Mould.

Well knowledge in plastics materials.

New mold trial/Analysis.

New Robot Programming (Basic / Advanced).?

Process Optimization, Controlling of Parameters, Process Stability and standardization.?

To take initiate on Continual Improvement projects a reduction of Manufacturing process parameter and variation in product characteristics.
