Job Profile:

Responsible to Maintenance and overhauling (Dismantling, Erections, Inspection, measurement, Repair/Replacement of internal parts) of Gear Box/Reducers, Couplings, Bearings, Valves, Water ? Pumps, bucket elevators, belt conveyor and ?slate conveyor, I.D Fan, blower, power pack, Heat exchanger, RCV ,HCV, condensers, Duct pipe line/Insulation (Cladding) of Duct line. ?EOT CRANES, Machining work, Dust collection house.?

CNC Machines Shop To do maintenance, Repair and Planning in 3 machine shops T-mech, M&B, FANUC and Inerma machine shop, all HMC, VMC ?and It's Automations and Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems .

Utilities Equipments ? Air Compressors, cooling tower, Centrifugal Pumps, high viscous pumps ,internal gear pumps, Vacuum ?pumps, booster pumps, Chillers , Nitrogen plant.

Responsible to maintain Impregnation section (Autoclave and pre-Heater) LDO, LPG fired and Thermic fluid Heater of 50,000 kcals/hr.

Responsible to conduct and attend preventive, predictive & Breakdown repair maintenance of all rotary and static equipment in designated Area.

Responsible to do all the planning and best practices with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and SAP .

Responsible for performing fabrication and installation/erection work in plant.

Responsible for Spare parts management of equipment?s, making contractor bills and work progress reports, inventory control and costing.

Responsible to generate all reports on breakdown, preventive maintenance, log book and optimization of MTBF and MTTR.

Responsible for schedule preventive maintenance to ensure that all machine and running equipment?s are available for production.

Co-ordinate with other departments and other party for maximizing the availability of machine and equipments.

Responsible to support the production team in TPM, TQM and co- ordinate with other departments.

Responsible to analyzing and troubleshoot the root cause problem of breakdown and tacking corrective action to reduce it.

Responsible to attend departmental objectives, Raise issue of maintenance manager for corrective and preventive action to promote.

Responsible to maintain document pertaining to installation of equipment?s in plant.

Responsible to handling of manpower, contractors, 3shift Incharge and maintenance team.

Responsible for Inventory control and costing, indenting spare parts and planning for breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Checking Smooth working of SOP, implement/practice of 5S, Kaizen and TQM in safe working environment and safe way.

Responsible to reduce the Consumption of oil wastage and maximum utilization of equipments/resources.

Responsible to provide support to the production team in TPM activity and quality department.

Responsible to increase the availability of machines and other equipment?s with cost effective maintenance.

Maintain and promote best practice of work with clean and safe work environment.

Follow up with contractor?s works, checking/making contractor?s bills.

Have being with Hindustan Electro graphite pvt ltd. With new plant commissioning with Spanish collaboration.

Have Made simple New scrapping machine for graphite electrode and clamping system.

Have done work on erection and installation of machine.
