Job Profile:

Maintain quality standards like Sampling and Testing of Raw Materials,?Packing Materials, Semi-finished & finished product analysis.

Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices,?identifying gaps and taking corrective action.

Assuring quality parameter of raw material and final product.

Managing calibration and performance verification as per the calibration?schedule.

Effectively managing all types of work pertaining to the quality assurance?department.

Quality control by fixing quality parameters.

Knowledge of ISO/BRC/HACCP/FSSAI standards.



Techniques/Practical Knowledge:

Raw Material: Details with the inspection of incoming raw material Pet, Met pet, Al.Foil, Bopp, Inks and Solvent etc. Check their all properties, such as thickness, density,?moisture etc.



Extrusion Department: In Extrusion department testing of all types of film producing?for their GSM, thickness, dart impact, tensile strength, opacity, COF etc.?



Printing Department: In printing Department ink shade, ink GSM, viscosity, text matter,?pouch size and detecting problems of printing etc.



Lamination Department: In lamination department checking of coating GSM, Bond,

Curing, Seal Strength and Physical appearance.?



Pouching Department: In pouching department pouch size, seal strength their physical?appearance, drop test, leak test etc.?



Slitting Department: In slitting dept checking size, shade variation, blistering test,?sealing strength, GSM, Bond etc.



Certification: Prepare the Quality Assurance certificate and Food Grade Certificate for?customers.?
