Mould manufacturing planning, Cnc milling and Cnc wire cut programming, interaction with vendors,tool room monitoring as or planing,training, sap work, Moulds costing, Ppc planing. etc.



Key Result Areas:

Mould process planning for manufacturing

BOM upload in sap and Calculate new mould cost.

CNC programming on NX6.0 (unigraphics).

CNC wire cut programming on AUTO CAD 2009 & ELPT, Micro wire

SAP WORK (system application process).

PPC planning (project planning for?

Capax) on EXCL.

Daily coordinate with shop floor people.

Coordinate with vendor for outsource work

Member of cost saving project team. And KPO team

provide training on cnc and wire cut machine or programming and lean or kaizen

Generate the Document as per ISO&TS requirement.

Do the KAIZEN.
