Job Profile:

Trouble shooting.

Leading manpower.

Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly ? Production report, PCC (Production control check list), Autonomous check sheet etc.

Analysis of mould setting parameters for existing & new product.

Responsible for maintaining 5s, healthy & good working condition.

Molding safety improvement & confirms the safety factors of the shop.

Responsible for cycle time reduction.

Preparation & executions of new mould trials & preparing the standard processing parameter sheet.

Responsible for part assembly.

Making in work instructions of control plans.

KAIZEN in working area



Mould Handle:

Knowledge of Cold, Insulated & Hot Runner System 

(HRS) Moulds.

Knowledge of Insert moulding.

Knowledge of various cores mould.

Handling of big moulds like Mahindra fan, Nano tank, Yp-8, SGM tank Flanges mould etc.
