Mould loading & unloading, setup process parameters,

Able to check & solve any kind of injection moulding components at the injection process.

Controlling and setting of process parameters, & robotics accessories.

Maintain the good Quality of the product, as per Customer requirement.

Involving in breakdown maintenance of injection moulds & auxiliary equipment's.

Able to Production planning schedules,

Able to control group of manpower and Plan for their responsibility & Do Production planning for 3 Shifts

Maintain Good Housekeeping at Work area

Testing New moulds?

Create BOM (bill of materials) for new models.

Experience to run Rubber over moulding, plastic over moulding, Transparent Lens parts.

Able to manage some secondary process (spraying and printing, assembly) ? ??
