Control the breakdown time and frequency

Daily Sunrise meeting with shift communications and importance of the day, concern about the previous day

Daily audit of plant machines and utility (condition of machineries & equipment?s)

Preparing preventive & predictive & periodic maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

Generating maintenance measurable data such as MTBF and MTTR for easy analysis and Management systems.

Shutdown time have given planning, scheduling, and execution work

Identifying the areas of obstruction & breakdowns and the take steps to rectify the equipment?s through application of trouble shooting tools.

Executing cost saving & measure and modifications the work within the budget.

Hands on experience in preparing Time Based Maintenance Standards, Yearly calendar and monthly schedules 

Good interaction with Production Department & carrying out Planned maintenance & opportunity maintenance activities in the machinery for effective machine  utilization & machine downtime reduction.

Implementation of safety procedure & accident prevention

Successfully maintained the document &records ISO requirement.
