Project Work:

Project on ?SUPER ABSORBANT POLYMER? In B.Tech

Technology Used:

We have used Natural materials for manufacturing SAP. It reduces cost of polymer

product and gives better absorbency than other polymers. It is biocompatible and

biodegradable hence can be used in drug delivery, civil and other medical applications.

Project on ?MANUFACTURING OF CASTING MOULD?

In this project I have designed new mold with removable plate mold to proper

ejection of flat surface product. Very sticky materials like Unsaturated Polyester used with

high finished products are easily manufactured.



In Plant Training:

Training in ABS Electroplaters India Pvt. Ltd, Pune.

It helps for

Man power handling and documentation work.

Hands on Injection Moulding processing operation.

Material selection, Products quality assurance, in Quality Control department etc.



Seminar:

Presentation on ?Super Absorbent Polymer? in 5th semester of B.Tech.

Presentation on ?PVC Powder Coating? in 4th semester Of Diploma.
