Keep track of backlog items, assess reasons for backlog.

Member of CFT.

Co-ordinate with PPC for Daily Production Planning.

Part of the Improvement Team to regulate Factory Functionalities.

Rejection Analysis, SMED.Taking corrective actions for the errors that are committed and preventive actions for the potential errors in the process.

Follow up with Supplier End Components and Freezing the Cycle Time. And process correction if required.

Shift projection for the team including over time Production if required. Also planning for Outsourcing if required.

Responsible to vendor development process.

Supplier technical assistance.

Handlin 5 Supplier and more than 40 moulds for daily regular supply to OEM.

Overall Assembly in charge for trim parts, wheel house, speakers, wheel guards, nozzle, cowl tops, ect.

End user of SAP and a part of SAP implementation team.
