Job Profile: 

Responsible for Smooth running of overall plant including quality of product.

Working experience in Plastics Processing Techniques i.e. Injection Moulding machines like Ferromatik-250, krauss-maffei 150, Extruder 250 Kg/hr, plastic welders etc.

Responsible for all over Production and m/c Maintenance & Break down analysis.

Prepare Shift Schedules for workmen?s & casuals.

Maintain & update records for Work-orders, MMI, Process control charts for production.

Involved in Kaizen, Power saving & 5S activities.

Carryout daily checks.

Attend breakdowns & Trouble-shooting of machines in shifts.

Check & maintain FG stock w.r.t production plan.

Fill material issue slips for issuing material from stores as per production plan.

Online checks for dimensions like height, weight, thickness, and printing/artwork.
