Machine parameter setting, trouble shooting during process.

Active shift production target with optimum quality & quantity.

Product packing & manpower handling, plastic raw material handling, tool changing.

Break down & preventive Maintenance of high-speed m/cs & Molding m/cs.

Preparing scheduling and processing of Maintenance & shift schedules, check lists, trail reports, scrap reports, Machine performance reports.

Maintaining & implementing of HMP, GMP, 5S, TPM, KAIZHEN

Coordinate with Maintenance department and incorporate the L1, L2 & L3 maintenance schedules in planning.

To plan the new trials and to track and monitor the new trials as per the customer requirement accordingly

Analyse the down time and scrap and initiate action on daily basis

Attending for Breakdowns.

Safety related Improvements.

Machine Installation and settings.

Man power planning.

Preventive maintenance of machines.

Daily production reporting to manager
