JOB PROFILE:- 

Inspection & testing of incoming goods (Sheet, Metal, Machining plastic & rubber component) 

Decision making on NG products. 

Follow up of MRR pending to meet the 36 hrs. target. 

Independently shift handling. 

Preparation of inspection test plan for inspection of new goods. 

To maintain house keeping with help of 5-S activities. 

Working on my vendor project for improvement at vendor end and calculate SQR (Supplier Quality Rating) and PPM month wise. 

Timely taken counter measure reports from vendors & verifying their effectiveness .

Future Goals:
