Raw material & manpower planning. 

Preparation of action plan for achieving targeted yield, film line efficiency & over all equipment effectiveness (OEE). 

Cost reduction plan. 

Conducting new raw-material trials. 

Conducting trials for development of new films. 

To give training to sub-ordinates & operators on various topics like trouble shooting, Die adjustment, Die lip gap setting, knowledge on additives, safety etc. 

Identification of various aspects, hazards & their impact & risk & carry out root cause analysis. 

Carry out ISO & safety activities. 

Conducting TQM to solve quality related issues. 

Active member in preparation of production budget of financial year. 

Carry out troubleshooting.
