Act as a Production, Planning and Controller of the Nylon Filaments Extrusion plant having 2 metirc tones of production capacity per day as per customer requirements 

Act as Plant Quality Leader to implement ISO / PSM / EQE systems 

Manage activities of Regional testing laboratory of a filament laboratory 

Troubleshoot Process & Quality Issues in filaments extrusion plant as Process incharge 

Debottle necking Process to increase Plant Uptime, First Pass First Quality Yield, Overall Yield, Cycle Time and other Operational Metrics 

Track and report program metrics and improvements 

Improving the yield, Uptime by efficiently planning, controlling and organising the process and Man power 

Contractor Management for Training/Payments/Scheduling 

Site Training Co-ordination for a Complete Manufacturing Unit 

Leading Occupational Health program in the Site as Occupational Health Facilitator 

Member of a Site Maintenance Management Team .
