Active participation as a CFT member during APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP.

Troubleshooting in processes like vibration welding, ultrasonic welding, induction welding, foam dispensing and take necessary counter measures. 

Review of Delivery service level, downtimes, performance efficiency, cost reduction project status, SMED time &quality rate with concerned Departments and prepare action plan to improve the same.
