Company Profile: The company is focused mainly on highly pr?cised tooling as well as moulding. It is a production centre equipped with moulding machines ranging from 25 T to 700 T. The customers are,TYCO , G EE, Philips, Honeywell, Thales Etc.

Nature of Work (in Total):

Manufacturing, Maintenance and Follow up Injection moulds, Prototype dies, Jigs & Fixtures and gauges used for Electronic components. The works were for TYCO, PRAKASH, VERIZON, G EE, PHILIPS etc.

Trail proving of moulds before production.

Can Design using Auto-CAD 2014.

Can check the component critical dimensions using Video Measuring System (VMS2010F).

Trouble shooting and trial taking ofmoulds.

Maintain a neat and clean working environment through daily housekeeping (5S).
