Ensure Products and Services produced are of high quality and satisfy both internal and external requirements.

Review in-process quality failures and determine the disposition of nonconforming materials 

Develop and implement appropriate in-process quality inspection plans using effective, cost- conscious methods.

Lead root cause investigations through to effective long-term resolutions.

Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer's enquiries using the standard guidelines

Taking ownership of complaint and queries, proactively following through to resolution; ensuring that all customers queries are well resolved

Supporting decisions made by customer service management and conveying to reinforce the team members 

Provide Quality Expertise to Manufacturing operations in improving productivity and cost reduction. 

Identify the problematic process & carry out corrective action making checklist for inspection 

Conduct Audit of Quality System (IPO Audit, Pokayoke Audit, First Piece Inspection, In-process inspection, Final inspection)
