Troubleshooting Problems in Production.

In aspects of Quality Department Verifying Raw materials as                                                                                                per ASTM standard and proceeding for Testing.

Taken responsibility of inspecting our products are under the limitation of Quality specification likewise Fabric appearance and size and mesh and other defects.

Also looking forward to production side as PLANNING, Manipulating raw matrials in extruder, and pushing finished products in printing section.

Handling:

In Production Starlinger Extrusion Tape Plant And Starlinger SL6 LOOMS and setting up to Processing Parameters

Printing and Lamination Machineries

Printing: Flexo 6 colors printing machine. 

Lamination : JP lamination plant 

For Finishing AUTOKONS and Gabber Sewing Machines.

Underwent 5 days Training Programme on Rubber Product Manufacturing & Testing at Rubber Training Institute RRI Kottayam, Kerala.

Participated in one day hands on training on Two Roll Mill in Hi-Tech Elastomer Limited, Dindugal.
