Job Profile: 

Developing complete injection mold design, right from layout stage to drafting and detailing of part drawings. Using Creo Parametric to develop entire mold assemblies in 3D environment, core/cavity extraction and producing part drawings.

Developing 3D models from concept designs, optimizing them for mold design, and product design validation based on proto-type sampling.

Using Autodesk Moldflow to analyze filling behavior of parts and resolving complications that may arise during actual molding.

Design review and interaction with clients on their requirements from mold design perspective.

Post trial trouble shooting and validation of tools.
