Job Profile: 

Responsible for managing tool room activities.

Responsible for carrying out preventive, Breakdown, Scheduled and Predictive maintenance of all the Moulds like, Cold runner, Semi hot runner and fully hot

runner.

Responsible for taking corrective action on repetitive break down of tools.

Responsible for Trouble shooting for Tool Maintenance & Root cause analysis.

Ability to study and understand drawings.

Attend new mould trial (At customer end.)

Responsible for carrying out to maintaining KAIZEN with team.

Work with common mistake proofing system like POKA YOKE.

Maintaining records and system in accordance with an ISO TS 16949.

Generating reports on measurable like MTBF, MTTR.

Responsible for maintain 5?s.
