Job Profile for both companies:

Carrying incoming material quality of material in process and final inspection

Conduct / demonstrate the Pultrusion and VARIM process in the form of both theoretically and practically too all production engineers and technicians.

Conducting various safety training and mock drills for all training operators on plant operations and safety.

Devising SQC Tools for monitoring and controlling various processes and troubleshooting where it requires by appropriate ways

Assist to production engineer and solving internal NCR problems regarding material with DNV.

Proactive testing and auditing according to prescribed specification of materials such as (Tg, Resin glass ratio).Liaison with external parties on matters relating to Quality Management System.

Carrying various Blade Technology programs in Materials, Structural Designs and Testing.

Collect the history data?s and making report with trend analysis about each quality of materials / NC?s and also drive the both Root cause analysis and CAPA for each vital / trivial NC?s. 

And calculate COPQ per blade. 

Doing document preparations and arrangements for external auditors such as ISO, DNV, Corporate, etc.,

Doing continuous improvement projects in process and making project reports with presentations to emphasis the ideas to authorized designers.Preparing MIS production reports, Man-hour and NCR analysis.

Quality Tools Using ?PDCA, 7 QC Tools [SPC], MS office, SAP- PP module.

Solving customer compliant issues.Doing the random audit in process including 1S & 2S at all stages in order to control / monitor the process and make NC to respective team for improvements.

?Achieved the new material implementation to improve the quality of blades.

?Achieved the proper BOM consumption for AE40 v2/v3 & AE 43v3 bigger rotor blades.

?Implemented the QCP projects for elimination of Tail UD white patch and air in laminate.

?Implemented the Trimless process in prefab parts to control the material consumption in TS, CS and Link up  

?Completed the big structural repair work for 28 site return blades in plant.

?Implemented the new perforated foil in relevant process

?Successfully completed Retrofit projects in Sanganeri site.

?Made 1.5MW [AE40V3] proto type and optimized to regular material 

?Template optimized for bonding paste application

?Implementation of the cost saving projects such as vacuum foil and glass mat.
