Job Profile: 

Do the start test of Fuel tank for given go-ahead for production as per standard. 

Like (Geometry, Thickness, Destructive test etc.) 

Shift Inspection as per standard.

Sample Inspection during the production.

Informed to shift Leader for correction if any problem observed during the production and follow-Up For correction.                           

Make daily Inspection report.

Joint Inspection with Customer.

Collect the data for Analysis like SPC and MSA and new product validation.

Keep the Documents as per ISO/TS/16949:2009.

Make schedule for calibration of measuring instruments and update Master list and history card.

Keep the updated documents of calibration.

Take the Action when observed any NC Report during the production.

Support in new product trial for inspection and testing.
