RQA :- ( 2.5 year )

Inspection of all bought out components related to all commodities like sheet metal, Castings & Forgings, proprietary, rubber & plastic etc. of Tractor.

Inspection of parts on receipt stage. And giving usage decision , 

Giving the communication about GR & Line rejection to SQA, SM & others

Monitoring S-CAR & R-CAR.

Rejection analysis of GR rejection as well as Line rejection.

Tractor assembly line issues and implementing action at supplier end.

Maintaining 5s system within department.

Release the monthly MIS report of part goods receipt as LR & GR trend.

Effective implementation of new change on Tractor & new product on assembly line.

Development of components / Fixtures (problem related).

Doing the layout inspection of new parts for M-Star Projects. 

Leadership of PU & charcoal part implementation project by giving whole status of sheet metal & Casting parts.
