To minimize the percentage of breakdowns and to increase the efficiency of the machines for higher productivity. 

Co-ordinating with customer about new projects and also programming in NC injection moulding machine .

To monitor and control the calibration of machine tools, instruments fixture and equipments 

Daily shop floor meeting .
