Company Profile: Manufacturer of cosmetics bottles and caps and also manufactures Jerry canes for edible oils.

Job Profile:

I am working for EBM and ISBM machines.

Monitor and improve molding processes.

Identify product quality and productivity problems.

Developing solution to production problem as required.

Safety inspections.

Product testing

Responsible for Plastics ? Primarily Blow Molding ? Bottles/Jerry canes, Mold changeover, Process improvements, Routine Maintenance activities

Troubleshooting and knowledge of line problems and their solutions.

Implementation, analysis, optimization and documentation of production.

Running and basic maintenance of chiller units, compressor unit and cooling tower, process parameter setting.



Machine Knowledge

Extrusion Blow Molding (HDPE And PP Materials)

Fongkee International (FKI) Machines for blow molding (6 heads, 4 heads, 2 heads and single head double station machines of HBA series).

Running 25 litre Jerry cane (1 cavity mold) to 120 ml (6 cavities mold).



ISBM Machines (PET Material And PP Materials)

NISSEI ASB-50 MB Machines for ISBM

Running ASB and PEPSIL companies molds in ASB- 50 MB from 1 cavity mold (1500 ml) to 6 cavities mold (15 ml).

Working with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP).

Got first promotion at a very short time span on performance basis.

Successfully reduced the rejection percentage reducing the cycle time and therefore improve production.
