Supervise the daily maintenance Activity & Breakdown of Air compressor, Hot water generator, chiller, Air handling unit.

Supervise the daily Preventive maintenance Activity & Breakdown of  Conveyor Line And PU Casting Machine.  

Monitor & control daily consumption of fuel and water.

Spare parts planning and inventory control.                                                              

Actively involve for overall ISO-TS-16949,TPM & OHSAS activities for Maintenance department.        

Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.

Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

Reviewing worker performance.

Identifying training needs.

Implementing new innovative ideas on maintenance by organizing Kaizen Competition among operators & officers.

Reporting to HOD

Achieve Engineer/Manager level Award in Kaizen Competition in 2012-13.

Participation in ACMA Kaizen competition in 2012-13 at Pune.
