Company Profile: Manufacturers & suppliers in the Indian auto component industry of Plastic Moulded Modules, Engine Valves, Machined Forgings, six cylinder engine crankshaft and Auto Electrical Systems.

Job Profile: 

Controlling all purchase order hard copy.

Maintaining all the records To procure best quality material at lowest possible cost within stipulated delivery period.

Responsible for getting the material at JIT.

Float the enquiries to different authorized suppliers & collecting quotations from them.

Evaluating those different quotations, making comparison statements & then rate and supplier finalization.

Negotiate with vendors regarding commercial & technical value of materials.

Place a technically and commercially clear purchase order as per indent through SAP.

Preparing AMC & Open PO.

Follow up with suppliers till material reach at site.

Inform to supplier regarding rejection of material and to ensure replacement of the same.

Check bills with all respect and certify for payment.

Co-ordinate with Accounts Department for payments of supplier with due time frame.

To Develop New Vendor and maintain good Buyer-Seller relationship.

Coordinating with inter-department for ordering of material & material related issues.

Frequent visit to the market.
