Also supplies in two-wheeler automobile segments mainly to Bajaj, Honda etc. Deals with LGEIL, Sharp, and Videocon for the home appliances components like front & back cabinets, Trays of refrigerator.

Job Profile: 

Responsible for the purchase of 60 Cores per annum. This volume includes the purchase for Automobile (4W & 2W) division & white goods division (Customer - LGEIL & Sharp). Three persons assist & report me related to child parts & packing material procurement.

Mainly handling the activity of Import planning & procurement individually for customer like VW, GM, M&M, LGEIL, Sharp. Import procurement contains the purchase of plastics raw materials & child bought out parts of plastic & metal.

Also look after the procurement of all the domestic plastics raw materials along with Import procurement.

Responsible for inventory control, maintaining the ITR, also to avoid premium freight in case of urgency.

Responsible for the supplier PPM, supplier evaluation, supplier rating & supplier up gradation & suppliers audits also.  

Responsible for cost savings proposal, alternate sourcing & subcontracting to existing suppliers.

Responsible for cost negotiation & assist Purchase head in the costing of molded parts, labor cost & transport cost.

Internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009

Role in customer & system audits & fulfill the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2002, MSES, MMA,QSB, Formel ?Q? capability.

Coordination with Finance department regarding vendor payment & their problems.

Working in SAP ? MM module from last 8 years.
