Overall Job Responsibilities

Steering entire gamut of service activities by coordinating with the engineers

Handling sintering machine which is used for Research and Production purpose.

Maintaining the stocks inventory and sales of spares & preparing spares and service call reports

Executing activities encompassing assembling, erection, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of machines including Color Sorting Machine for Rice & Dhal,Spark Plasma Sintering Machine, Zaccaria Milling Machinery for Rice thereby ensuring solid backup support to line activities

Conducting a review of existing systems & procedures?

Designing internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas thereby ensuring optimum operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction

Devising a plan for preventive maintenance of various machineries and instruments thereby enhancing the machine up time & equipment reliability

Catering to the key clients across India & updating them about machine operations & safety parameters

Accountable for programming of machine in accordance with the variety of Rice or Dhal

Performing inspection of receiving raw material before going for production

Handling various quality control instruments

Inspecting variety of valves like ball valve, gate valve, globe valve & TMBV

Performing testing of valves post production to prevent the leakage of water
