Job Profile: 

Dispatch:

Responsible for export shipment logistic arrangement as per production planning.

Responsible for Export dispatch commercial invoice, packing list & excise invoice

Responsible to ensure 100% delivery as per OEM customers requirement in term of JIT to avoid line stoppage.

Responsible for maintaining & preparation of all records of material dispatches

Maintaining inventory of finished goods.

Co-ordination with marketing and planning dept for dispatch of finished products.

Tracking dispatch consignment vehicle against particular shipment.

Scrap sales activity.

Daily & monthly sale revenue publish & prepare presentation slides

Utilization of all resources such as Man Power, Place.



Logistics:

Co-ordination with Transporter for vehicle arrangement & dispatch activity.

Responsible for Export container arrangement as per projected dispatch date.

Filling shipping request form as per logistic define for container call up.

Follow for stuffing of container

Responsible for Commercial Invoice, Packing list & Excise Invoice for Export.

Tracking dispatch consignment, vehicle against particular shipment.

Responsible for logistic bills checking & clearance.

Responsible for avoid logistic damage & provide superior quality goods to customer
